Privacy Policy

Email, username, password hash, verification status, login-provider identifiers, roles, preferences and acceptance records. Required fields support account access and administration; without them we may be unable to create or secure an account.

We receive data from you, your browser, your organization and collaborators, authentication and payment providers, and service providers reporting delivery or security events. AI outputs can contain inferred or generated information and are not necessarily accurate statements about a person.

Registration, authentication, requested AI execution, ordered services, account support and subscription administration where objectively necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request.

We do not sell personal data. Recipients can include Google Cloud/Gemini, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure and Anthropic/Claude for infrastructure and AI processing; Stripe for configured payments; the transactional email provider for service mail; and authorized support, security and professional advisers. Authorities receive data where legally required. Workspace members, administrators and integration recipients receive data according to the sharing and access you or your organization configure.

Kept while needed to provide the active account and requested history or workspace functions. Deletion requests are assessed against shared workspace ownership, customer instructions and specific legal retention grounds. There is no universal 30- or 180-day deletion promise for all AI content.

For customer-controlled content, the customer determines purposes and lawful instructions and must give relevant notices. s4p must process under a binding DPA and assist with rights requests, security, breach response, impact assessments and deletion or return as required by law and the DPA.
