Terms of Use

These Terms govern Science For People accounts, workspaces, AI tools, subscriptions and other services identified in your order. They explain the responsibilities of s4p and its customers, including the different rules for businesses and consumers.

1. Provider and contract formation

s4p OÜ, registry code 17415128, VAT EE102945199, registered office: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 (s4p, we, us). Contact: support@s4p.eu; billing: billing@s4p.eu.

The version presented to you becomes part of your contract when you expressly accept it during registration, a legal acceptance step or an order accepted by s4p. Merely visiting the website does not create a paid subscription or amount to consent. Your order identifies the service, price, billing period and any specific conditions.

The interface supports English and Polish. You can correct account or order details before submission and contact us about errors afterward. Keep a copy of your accepted terms and order confirmation; request a copy from support if needed.

2. Eligibility and organizations

You must have legal capacity to enter this contract. The service is not directed to children. A business customer is a person acting for their trade or profession; consumer status depends on the facts and applicable law, not just the plan name or use of a company email.

If acting for an organization, you must have authority to place the order and manage the access you grant. Administrators control workspace membership, permissions and sharing; members should follow their organization’s instructions.

3. Account duties

Provide accurate details, protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise to support. You are responsible for your authorized use and for breaches of your account-security duties to the extent attributable to you. You are not automatically liable for all unauthorized use.

s4p may verify identity, revoke compromised sessions, enforce reasonable quotas and restrict access proportionately to protect users and the service. Do not share accounts to bypass licensed seats or access controls.
