This Privacy Policy explains how s4p OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Estonia, collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our website, AI tools, and Professional Services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Usage Data (Telemetry): Information about how you access and use our services.
  • AI Inputs (Prompts): Text/data you input into our AI tools.
  • Professional Service Data: Information provided via Intake Forms for consultations (e.g., CVs, Career Goals).

3. "Human Data" Processing (Mentoring & Calls)

When you engage in Professional Services (Consultations/Mentoring):

  • Video Calls: We use Google Meet/Hangouts for sessions. By booking, you agree to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not record sessions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • Calendar Data: If you connect your calendar, we access it solely to check availability and create events. We do not read private event details.
  • Mentor Access: Authorized Mentors allow restricted access to your Intake Data (User Topic, Description) solely for the purpose of preparing for the session.

4. AI Processing

We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide our services. Your Prompts are sent to OpenAI (USA) for processing. We have data processing agreements in place to ensure your data is protected.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data with:

  • OpenAI: AI Content Generation.
  • Stripe: Payment Processing.
  • Google: Calendar & Video infrastructure.
  • Cloud Providers: Hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean).

6. International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.

Transfers to the USA: Our key sub-processors (OpenAI, Google, Stripe) are based in the United States. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

  • Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years for legal limitation periods.
  • Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years as required by Estonian tax & accounting laws.
  • AI Prompts: Retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring (via OpenAI), then deleted, unless saved by you in your history.
