Terms of Service ("Omnibus")

These Terms of Service are divided into Service Schedules. By using our Services, you agree to all applicable Schedules.

Schedule A: General SaaS Terms
1. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
2. Payments and Credits
- Expiration: Purchased Credits (for Consultations or Mentoring) expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Non-Refundable: Once an AI Action is consumed or a Credit is redeemed for a booking, it is strictly non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: Recurring billing continues until cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Schedule B: AI Services (The Machine)

2. Input Confidentiality
While we employ industry-standard security measures, you agree NOT to input:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of third parties.
- Trade Secrets or highly sensitive proprietary information.
3. Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not violate third-party IP rights. We claim no ownership over your outputs, but we make no warranty that outputs are unique.
Schedule C: Professional Services
1. Strict No-Show Policy
Time is our most valuable asset. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled video call, the session is considered "Abandoned" and the Credit is forfeited. No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- > 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel for a full credit refund.
- < 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot result in Credit forfeiture.
3. Nature of Advice ("Safe Harbor")
Mentoring and Consultations are for educational and career guidance purposes only. The Company and its Mentors do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., getting a job, increasing revenue, passing an exam). You remain solely responsible for your business and career decisions.
4. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. The Company reserves the right to terminate the account immediately without refund in case of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards Mentors.
Schedule D: Liability & Governance
1. Limitation of Liability ("The Firewall")
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, s4p OĆ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS (WHETHER FOR AI ERRORS, MENTOR ADVICE, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES) IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
2. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
3. Age Restriction
The Services are intended only for access and use by individuals at least 18 years old. By accessing or using any of the Services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of text terms and conditions.
4. Termination
Mutual Rights regarding Termination: You may terminate these Terms at any time by cancelling your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference), acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
