What NexusHire Actually Helps You Build

nexushirehiringoverviewscorecardcompliance

NexusHire is a structured hiring workspace. It turns a fuzzy recruiting brief into a coordinated packet of hiring assets: role descriptions, interview scorecards, safety and risk documents, competency maps, and decision-ready recommendation material.

Socratic intake

The workspace can gather context through guided conversation so hiring teams define the role before they generate documents.

Region-aware compliance

You can frame the packet for the EU, USA, or Poland and pair the role with company-specific policies.

Document suite generation

Recruitment, safety, and assessment documents can be selected as a package and generated together.

History and workspace sync

Generated assets can be copied, re-opened, saved to a workspace, and revisited through history and time-travel style controls.

1

Phase 1: Canvas

Capture the role name, business goal, must-haves, and failure patterns.

2

Phase 2: Socratic context gathering

Use dialogue to force sharper thinking about outcomes, team fit, and risk.

3

Phase 3: Configuration

Pick region, company profile, policies, and the document set you want to generate.

4

Phase 4: Workspace review

Inspect the generated docs, run compliance on the active artifact, and refine what needs another pass.

Phases, Document Types, Policies, and Review Controls

nexushiredocumentspoliciescomplianceprocess

NexusHire is closer to a process builder than a single generator. It tracks a process ID, a role brief, selected regions, company policies, workspace linkage, chosen document types, and later compliance results. Understanding those moving parts makes the platform much easier to trust.

Four explicit phases

The stepper moves through Job Story, Context Gathering, Configuration, and Documents so teams can see whether they are still defining the role or already reviewing outputs.

Document catalogue

Documents are grouped across Recruitment, Safety, and Assessment tabs so teams can assemble only the packet they really need.

Region and policy scope

Generation can be framed for the EU, USA, or Poland and further narrowed or tightened with company custom policies.

Review and export controls

The workspace supports compliance checks, history restore, time machine views, room-linked saving, and combined HTML export or sharing.

Recruitment: Job Offer and Screening, Job Description, Offer Letter Package, Interview Scorecard Kit.

Safety: Safety Training (BHP), Job Risk Assessment.

Assessment: Competency Radar, Development Plan, Ideal Psych-Profile, 30-60-90 Onboarding, Compensation Benchmark, Compliance Gap Report.

1

Start with a real job story

Describe the role, context, and likely risks in business language rather than in HR cliches.

2

Use the Socratic loop to sharpen the brief

Let the dialogue capture clarifications that should survive into the role brief and downstream documents.

3

Configure the scope deliberately

Choose region, workspace, custom policies, languages, and only the document types needed for the current hiring decision.

4

Review documents like a hiring operator

Open the most important artifact first, run compliance on sensitive pieces, and export the combined report only after the packet is genuinely usable.

Pro Tip: Generate fewer documents, better

NexusHire gets stronger when each selected document has a real user and a real downstream decision. Large packets look impressive, but targeted packets move hiring work faster.
